TOKYO (Reuters) – Proxy adviser Institutional Shareholder Services Inc (ISS) on Wednesday recommended that Toshiba (OTC:TOSYY) Corp shareholders vote for Effissimo Capital Management’s proposal for an independent probe into the firm’s annual shareholder meeting (AGM) last year, two sources said.
